Ready to take your game to the next level? This two-hour technical clinic is designed for curlers who want to get the most out of every slide and improve the consistency and efficiency of their delivery.
Ideal for curlers with at least one season of experience, this clinic combines on-ice instruction with individualized video analysis to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement. Certified coaches will provide in-depth technical feedback and practical adjustments to help you develop a more consistent, balanced, and repeatable delivery.
With a small group size, participants will receive personalized coaching and plenty of one-on-one attention throughout the session.

Grippers, sliders, and stabilizers will be available for participants who require them.
Instructor
This clinic will be led by Karynn Flory, Head Coach of the NAIT Ooks Curling Program and recipient of the 2026 ACAC Curling Coach of the Year Award.
Since becoming Head Coach in 2021, Flory has established herself as a respected leader within the ACAC curling community. Under her guidance, the NAIT Ooks men's curling team has qualified for the CCAA National Championships every season, reflecting her commitment to athlete development and competitive excellence.
Curling has been a part of Flory's life for more than 20 years. She has competed at the junior, collegiate, and ladies levels in both provincial and national events. As a former NAIT student-athlete, she earned medals at all four ACAC Provincial Championships and all four CCAA National Championships during her collegiate career, including an ACAC Provincial Championship title.
