Member Rates & Rules

• Cost: $20 per sheet, per hour. The fee is per sheet, not per person—bring 3 teammates and it’s just $5 each!
• Eligibility: You must be a Full or Affiliate member and logged into your account to get this rate.
• Advance Booking: Slots open 14 days in advance on a rolling basis.
• Lead Time: You must book at least 10 hours in advance to ensure adequate club staffing.
• Limits: Maximum of 2 bookings per member, per week.
• Ice Selection: Please book only the areas marked in green.
• Payment: All member bookings must be completed and paid for online within 5 minutes. If payment is not completed within that time, the ice time will be released and made available for others to book.

⚠️ Important Note for Associate Members: Associate memberships do not qualify for the $20 rate. You must upgrade to Affiliate status before booking online. If you book the member rate without eligibility, your session may be cancelled without a refund.

 Non-Member & Associate Member Rates

• Cost: Starting at $40 per sheet, per hour.
• How to Book: These sessions cannot be booked online. Please contact the Club office directly to arrange your ice time.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• All bookings are strictly final. We cannot issue refunds or credits for cancellations, missed slots, or accidental bookings. Please double-check your date, time, and sheet before paying.

🔍 Why the pay-per-use fee?

With league participation growing, open ice is limited. This $20 user fee helps cover the extra staffing and operating costs required to open the ice during otherwise "dark" club hours. It keeps practice times fair, affordable, and accessible without raising membership fees for everyone.
