Our new Curling Club Manager - Member Management System utilizes the 'Mailgun' email system to ensure we are in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam legislation and so that our correspondence has the best chance to reach you.

If you no longer wish to be a Member at the St. Albert Curling Club so as not to receive any correspondence, please use the Contact Us form to request your account be deleted from our system.  Note:  We cannot delete Current members from our database.

There are mainly 2 types of messages you will see coming from the site:

  1. Site generated messages:  These will be things such as Forgot Password or Username, or signing up for a League or registering for a Bonspiel or Event.  These messages pertain directly to your membership and are usually sent in response to something you have initiated on the site.  These will come from:  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  And depending on how you are interacting with the website, you may see a different 'Sender Name' for a specific email.  For example:   "Web User Access Request" or simply "St. Albert Curling Club"
  2. Newsletters:  These are sent from time to time containing club related information that we create and send out to members, and other related parties.  You will always be given opportunity to 'unsubscribe' to our Newsletters, however you will want to be careful not to "unsubscribe" to receiving important club mail! These will come from:  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

To make sure you do not miss out on any of our Club related emails, the one thing you can do no matter what email service providers you're using is to add the address in the "FROM" line of email from St. Albert Curling Club to your address book.

Our address may be either:   This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Even if you are receiving our messages, you can help us out by adding us to your Safe Senders (or equivalent) lists so service providers see that our recipients ‘trust’ us, and may be less likely to filter messages from our domain or ip address.

If you are not receiving emails from St. Albert Curling Club, please know that we have done everything possible to see that our correspondence will reach you.  However, there are so many things that are beyond our control, that we cannot guarantee delivery.   The good news is that there are a few things you can do to increase the odds of receiving our email..

Refer to Email Delivery Information for more detailed instructions that you may find useful.
