It was a St Albert SWEEP at the Crestwood’s U18 Juvenile Bonspiel on the Dec 3rd weekend!
We join together to celebrate the success of some of the younger members of our Club! It was a brother and sister sweep of both the Men's and Ladies titles at the Crestwood U18 Juvenile Bonspiel earlier this month.
Congratulations! and Good Luck to both teams' Molberg - Rebecca Molberg, Tori Hartwell, Kristina Allen, Ashleigh McKinnon with Coach Ian Turner and Nathan Molberg, Ben Helston, Nick Warkman, Morgan Bilassy and their coach, Nicole Bellamy. Each team won $1000 and an birth to U18 Provincials in Medicine Hat March 14-17, 2019.
The irony is that SACC will be hosting the U18 Provincial Qualifier- February 7-10th with neither team in it! Good news though - this opens the door to 2 more St. Albert teams to compete on home ice!
